Delete your account

How to delete your Peregra account and the data that belongs to it.

In the app

1. Open Peregra and tap your profile in the trip overview.
2. At the very bottom under Account: Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Write from the address you sign in with to hello@peregra.app with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and profile
• Your own trips with their route (location points), stops, notes, packing lists and photos
• Your spots and templates
• Your photos and tips in the community
• Your photos in trips you shared with others

What stays

• Trips you shared with others pass to another member and remain with them — without your route and without your photos. Stops, notes and packing lists you added there stay part of the shared trip, without your name.
• Places you created in the community remain, without your name.

No legal retention obligations apply to this data; nothing is kept back.
